The Bible

• We believe in the verbal inspiration of the Bible.

The Trinity

• We believe in one God eternally existent: namely, the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost.

Jesus

     We believe:

• That Jesus Christ is the only begotten Son of the Father
• Conceived of the Holy Ghost,
• Born of the Virgin Mary.
• That Jesus was crucified, buried, and raised from the dead.
• That He ascended to heaven and is today at the right hand of the  Father as the Intercessor.

Man

• We believe that all have sinned and come short of the glory of God and that repentance is commanded of God for all and necessary for forgiveness of sins. Jesus is the only way to heaven!

Salvation

• We believe that justification, regeneration, and the new birth are  wrought by faith in the blood of Jesus Christ.

Sanctification/ Holiness

• We believe that if you are a Christian you will strive to live a holy life.  But we hate legalism. That being said, works do not  produce salvation, but true salvation does produce works. Works are not the means of salvation, but they are the result. We believe we must be holy because God is holy.

The Holy Spirit

• We are a Pentecostal church and we believe in all the gifts of the spirit, that they are for today, and that they should be operated in according to the scriptures. Although not a requirement for salvation the baptism of the Holy Spirit is a  gift for every believer.

Baptism

• We believe in water baptism by total immersion, and all who repent should be baptized in the name of the Father, and of the  Son, and of the Holy Ghost. It is not a requirement for salvation but is an important step in one’s public profession of faith.

Healing

• We believe in divine healing and that it was purchased for us by the blood of Jesus. God has provided great wisdom and  knowledge to doctors which we can and should take advantage of, but divine healing belongs to God.

Sacraments

• We believe in the Lord's Supper and washing of the saints' feet.

Eschatology

• We believe in the premillennial second coming of Jesus. First, to resurrect the righteous dead and to catch away the living saints to Him in the air. Second, to reign on the earth a thousand  years.
• In the bodily resurrection; eternal life for the righteous, and eternal punishment for the wicked.

Hell

• We believe in a literal Hell. It was created as a prison for Satan and the fallen angels, but it is the destination of all who reject  the Grace of Jesus Christ. God does not send anyone to hell. Our sin and rejection of the mercy of Christ is what sends one  there. It is not God’s will that any should perish. One day Hell will be swallowed up in the Lake of fire.
